Experience
Admission / Education Counselor– 1-2 years
Preferred Candidates from Ed-Tech, Insurance Industry,  Higher Education (IIT, JEE, NEET ) Software, Training solutions ticket size sales background
· Up to 3.5 Lacs CTC
· Plus, incentives for achieving targets.

Responsibilities
· Making outbound calls on leads generated through various marketing initiatives for selling coaching/online tuition learning subscriptions.
· Achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers
· Analyzing customers’ requirements and providing feedback to the product team as and when needed.
· Counsel parents and students for coaching of JEE & NEET learning products.
· Close sales and achieve monthly targets

Requirements

· Proven inside sales experience in Education or student counseling
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Any graduate degree or equivalent
